| tornado just carried us into an unsafe place within our | | | | begin with. We then reach out into our faith, hope, and |
| own inner being of fear and insecurities. Our lives are | | | | belief that we will find the solution to our problems. We |
| being changed all at once. One moment we feel that | | | | are constantly soul searching to find our spirit and God |
| the universe is taking care of us and then "VAVOOM". | | | | in our desperate times. We allow our vulnerability to |
| A Major Life Crisis makes us feel as if we want to | | | | reach many levels of our spiritual side to start rebuilding |
| either run away from the problems or it puts you into a | | | | and repairing our inner foundation to start over again. |

| pick up the pieces of our lives. It takes a big step for | | | | dreams once again. It is like writing a new script to |
| us to really look inside ourselves to find the strength | | | | your life. We are searching for a new meaning of |
| and courage to pick up our lives once again. Suddenly | | | | what life has to offer us and many new opportunities |
| we are questioning why is life not worth living | | | | that the universe wants to present to us. We are also |
| anymore? Or what did I do to deserve this? Why is | | | | learning to let go of the old parts of ourselves that |
| this always happening to me? What is my purpose in | | | | don't serve us anymore with love and forgiveness as |
| life? These are the first signs that we begin to journey | | | | the gift of seeing how precious life really is. |
